Wrong decimal places in partial order book depth stream

Hi, I’m having trouble with partial depth stream since yesterday.

APTUSDT perp contract has ticksize of 0.001 (from API exchangeInfo), but the stream data, sometimes, got more digits. For example in the screenshot, the price is 14.13420

Subscribe to this one, wait for some seconds, and check randomly, it happens quite often.

There was a recent update on the tickSize for the APTUSDT (from 0.0001 to 0.001).

So, the data I receive is maker orders created before the day Binance made updates, right?
