Withdrawal confirmation

Hi!

I would like to see the possibility of withdrawing(wapi/v3/withdraw.html) funds but with its confirmation in API. (using sms or/and 2fa or/and email.)

API withdraw is for users who wish to transfer funds automatically, otherwise I would suggest a manual withdraw, then you will receive the confirmation email.

Withdrawal of funds must be done through an external interface, but if the API is configurated in such a way, then Binance had to ask for a confirmation.

Ideally, the withdrawal could be configured as follows:

  1. Instant withdrawal without confirmation (as it’s now).
  2. Withdrawal with confirmation.
