Will Canceling orders result in a ban?

I read about getting bans when cancelling too many orders. I think I read about it for futures. Is there such a thing for spot orders or could I cancel a spot order when it is only partially filled without any consequences?

You can cancel orders with the status NEW or PARTIALLY_FILLED without any issues.
However, you can be banned if you repeatedly violate rate limits: Binance API Documentation
