Why is there such a big discrepancy between forceOrder's averagePrice and price?

The force orders’s averagePrice and price has a big discrepancy, and the ‘price’ is at many times nowhere near the candles range.

Why is this?

The pink bubbles are the average price of a forceOrder and the purple bubbles are the ‘price’. In most instances the market didn’t even go near the actual price of the forceOrder.
