When does binance reset number of requests

Binance Weight Request Limit = 1200 req/min

Will binance ban my account if I send 1200 requests at 06:30:50 o’clock to 06:30:59 and then I send 1200 more requests at 06:31:00 o’clock to 06:31:10?

You can’t exceed 1200 of requests weight between hh_mm_00.000 and hh_mm_59.999.
