In api document, weight of Daily Account Snapshot (USER_DATA) is 2400 !!!
End point is /sapi/v1/accountSnapshot.
Is it true?

Yes, this is correct. The rate limit mechanism in /sapi is different from the /api, which is used for spot trading. Please take a look at /api/ and /sapi/ Limit Introductionsection in the API doc. ( https://binance-docs.github.io/apidocs/spot/en/#limits ).
