since today 04:30 AM UTC I do not receive pongs from binance-server via market-data websocket anymore. Is there an new issue with market-data websocket known?
P.S. I still receive market-data via the websocket, but no pongs.

You should not expect the server to send pong frames back. As long as the client is sending pong frames as a response to a ping request from the server every so often, the connection should be assumed to be open.
