Why can’t I connect with “wss://stream.binance.com:9443” ?And can connect with “wss://testnet.binance.vision”。

Did you try both

  • wss://stream.binance.com:9443 — custom port
  • wss://stream.binance.com — standard port (443)

It could be your firewall blocking the custom port 9443 while allowing the standard port 443.
