Using Binance Orderbook for a different exchange

Hi, I’m a PHP/laravel developer , and I have plenty experience with API’s , but I have zero experience with Binance (so I apologise in advance for any stupid question).

My client is making a crypto exchange and he wants to use binance orderbook and liquidity. How do i configure this. I mean where to get started.
