Hello, is it guaranteed that all user data stream should be expected?

Lets say i make a buy order, are executionReport and outboundAccountPosition always sent?

The same question is for the scenario of an OCO and the listStatus event.

This is because my script will rely on outboundAccountPosition to avoid unnecesary calls to /api/v3/account

You will receive the executionReport websocket message when there is order status updates. And the outboundAccountPosition when account balance is updated.
