Understanding RAW_REQUESTS filter

Hy

My understanding of the RateLimits is that I can’t send in 1min requests that amount to a weight of over 1200. Regardless of the request weight, I can’t send more than 6100 request per 5min. Am I understanding that rightly?

If you can not sent 1200 per minute in weight, absolutly you can not send 6100 requests in 5 minutes, because one request has a mininum of weight of 1

So, the 6100 limi is redundant?
