Trailing STOP_LOSS_LIMIT never triggered !

Hello,

I am testing STOP_LOSS_LIMIT SELL orders with only trailingDelta of 300, it works fine but in some cases the STOP_LOSS_LIMIT is never executed ? can some one explain to me why ?
The order is -14% and the trailingDelta is not triggered.
For other symbols i did not yet encounter something similar.
