There is no REST private calls section in menu
and also ay direct link like

I think the correct link for this is Public API Endpoints | Binance Open Platform .
As for the navigation, you should be able to see the list of all requests for the SPOT REST Api on the right side.

No, I see only a few endpoints (2 or 3 - myTrades and something else) and of course the must be not under the caption PublicAPI - it’s authenticated endpoints
I see that binance strated massive update the Doc site with dividing all API endpoints by themes (I see a lot of changes since past week), but seems in SpotAPI part there are errors in the interface
