/sapi/v1/rebate/taxQuery has wrong UID weight

Hello,

I’ve noticed that the Get Spot Rebate History Records (USER_DATA) endpoint (/sapi/v1/rebate/taxQuery) currently consumes more weight credits than what specified in the API documentation.

From the documentation: Weight(UID): 3000

Response header after one query:
X-SAPI-USED-UID-WEIGHT-1M: 12000
After two queries:
X-SAPI-USED-UID-WEIGHT-1M: 24000

This probably needs a fix. Could you please have a look?
