same time for start time and stop time

Hi,

I notice that event time are different but I get the same start time and close time multiple time. I thought the start time should be different every time I got the message but it doesn’t work that way. Any explanation about how this work?

‘x’: False

Implies that the kline is still open and is subject to change. The start time and close time do not change for open klines, as the close time is most likely in the future.
