price ticker update frequency and update mode

Hello I would like to know the frequency in which

/api/v3/ticker/price

is updated.

Also, I would like to know for concrete symbol when will the price be updated.
If there is a market buy order that fills more than 1 of the selling levels, will the price be updated after the entire order has been processed or will it be updated twice, when one level has been bought and then after the second level has been bought too?

when the request reaches the backend, server will return with the latest price in the system.
