Hello please can anyone help i have hosted my website on AWS ec2 instance and i added the instance public ip address to binance whitelist but the batch payout api generate an error that “user in black ip” please i need help how do resolve this

Do any of the signature-requiring endpoints work on your AWS EC2 instance? What region is the server based in? That error generally means the IP is blacklisted, mainly due to it belonging to a jurisdiction in which Binance.com doesn’t service such as the US.
