I see that in Spot Api (/sapi/v1/convert/limit/placeOrder) limit orders take a field called expiredType to specify expiration for the limit order. But I don’t see it in the REST API (/api/v3/order). Is there a way to do this in REST API?

Spot and Convert are two different tools.
It is unfortunately not possible to set a specify expiration time to a limit order in Spot.
