How does one get access to Binance Oauth?

I’ve reached out to the oauth-apply@binance.com email as mentioned in this doc
Binance Login (OAuth2) | Binance Developers

but I haven’t heard - and nobody has opened my email.

We are a venture backed startup with founding team coming from FAANG unicorns and top Wall Street firms.
