Need Help with P2P API – Releasing Crypto Using Google Authenticator (2FA)

Hi everyone,
We’re currently having trouble with the Binance P2P API endpoint to release crypto.

Specifically, we are trying to use the following endpoints:

  • POST /sapi/v1/c2c/orderMatch/checkIfCanReleaseCoin
  • POST /sapi/v1/c2c/orderMatch/releaseCoin

We’re facing issues when attempting to release the cryptocurrency using Google Authenticator as the 2FA method — the release fails, and we haven’t been able to find sufficient documentation or guidance regarding how to properly handle this flow via API.

Has anyone successfully implemented this process and could provide some advice or examples?

Also, does anyone know where we can get official support for this or if there’s a way to contact the Binance API team directly regarding P2P release operations?

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @julianbesteiro, the endpoints you’ve mentioned are deprecated on Binance side, so they shouldn’t be used at all. Unfortunately, there’s no supported way to complete the releaseCoin operation via API unless you are a whitelisted partner.

If you’re working on behalf of a business or partner and require this functionality, I would recommend reaching out to your Binance account manager (if you have one) or opening a ticket via Binance Support.
