A filterType is missing for MTLBTC

“filterType”: “PERCENT_PRICE” is missing for MTLBTC in ExchangeInfo

Thanks for the feedback. PERCENT_PRICE_BY_SIDE will replace the PERCENT_PRICE, so it’s recommend to use PERCENT_PRICE_BY_SIDE in the client side.
