This endpoint is for withdraw coin by API POST /sapi/v1/capital/withdraw/apply
but what happened if I see the error of Maximum number of addresses is reached.
If the name is provided in the API request, it will be saved in address books and can save up to 200 addresses.
If the address is not required to be saved, ignore this parameter in the request, and you will not see this error during API withdraw.
