Jar or Maven Artifact not found..

I have tried normal bsc token transfer from one wallet to other wallet but facing the issue with binance dex api java sdk.

I also tried to install jar manually but always got artifact not found issue in maven dependency any of the version 1.1.0 or 1.1.1 or 1.0.0 and also have same issue with Ethernumj maven and not able to download jar file also from mvnrepository.
