Is there a method to fetch historical event logs like web3.eth.getPastLogs()?

Hi, I am a front-end developer from mask.io.

We are integrating binance smart chain into our product. Now we fetch the historical contract transaction records by thegraph.com. Since the service of thegraph is not stable enough, is there a method that provided by binance directly to fetch the historical event logs like web3.eth.getPastLogs() does?
