this proplem happen when I tried setting the ‘whitelist’ ip for my api. I have tried my public ip, ipv4 from Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi (response of ipconfig command). I even have tried all other ipv4 that response from ipconfig command but nothing work
Please redirect this error to the Customer Support as they should be able to see the content you have inserted in the Whitelist section on the API Management page. On this side, we’re not sure what’s the exact error message you’re getting, usually it’s only the public IPv4
