How do I create a broker API account on the test net?

And I am also curious about creating broker API KEY in test net.

Is there a URL or document I can refer to?

In the main net, the API key was created and tested, and it worked normally.

I tested the broker API by creating an API Key at https://testnet.binance.vision.
I get a “400 Bad Request” error.
