I get an order canncelled response first, and get the order filled later. The cancel response from binance is wrong?

I luanched a new order of btcusdt perpetual (close short operation of an USDT-M instrument) and then canncel it.

Later, I got an order canncelled response first, and get the order filled response later as shown in the fig below.

Is the first order canncelled response a correct response? Is there something wrong in the match engine?
