How to Send USDT to Another Binance User via Binance ID, Binance Pay ID, or Email?

Hello Binance Developer Community,

I am currently working on a project that requires sending USDT to other Binance users using their Binance ID, Binance Pay ID, or Email. I attempted to use the Batch Payout method, but I encountered the following error:

{"status":"FAIL","code":"400606","errorMessage":"Account has no accessibility to this function"}

I have ensured that all necessary features are activated, but I still cannot process the payments.

Could anyone provide guidance or recommend an alternative method to achieve this? Any advice or insight into resolving the Batch Payout issue would also be greatly appreciated.
