When friends send me crypto through my Binance ID or Pay ID (even Phone or Email) I get those transfers and I can see the history on Binance App.
Is there any way to retrieve them from Binance API ?

Unfortunately the API endpoint which returns Binance Pay history is not currently public, so it’s not recommended to be used by clients at this time.
