How can I improve the update speed?

I have noticed that there is a difference in the price updates between my app using the kline stream and TV, it is as if the latter updates the prices faster than the stream itself, the documentation says that the update speed of the kline stream is 2000ms , my question is how can TV update faster than the stream itself, while the kline stream takes 2000ms the TV seems to take 400ms this generates a lot of spread in the strategies

2000ms is already the fastest update speed we can offer for public use at the moment.
