How can I get the payer's IC Account ID

Someone transferred ICP to my account and I want to know his IC Account ID.
In API: get-pay-trade-history-user_data, I could get the payer’s info such as
“payerInfo”:{“name”:“User-f63XX”,“type”:“USER”,“binanceId”:810138XXX,“accountId”:810226XXX,“unmaskData”:false}.
But here there is no IC Account ID.

Do you know if we have any API to get someone’s IC Account ID according to his binanceId ? Thank you.

There is no direct API provided by Binance that allows you to retrieve someone’s IC Account ID using their Binance ID, and there never will be. Because it violates data privacy!

The information you can access is usually limited to what is provided in the transaction details, such as the payer’s name, type, Binance ID, and account ID.
