As stated on the Spot Test Network, all data was deleted as part of the periodic reset procedure on October 2nd.
yes, but it does not make sense that I have assets that I cannot sell, the reset say that one will get fresh allowance, so if I get fresh allowance, then I should be able to buy/sell.
