Getting code: -1000 "An unknown error occured while processing the request" error using isolated transfer api

I am trying to transfer funds from SPOT TO ISOLATED account , the api is returning -1000 error all of a sudden. Used to work till now. Please check.

Spike is related with API traffic. Since your client id is needed for further troubleshoot into this, can you please redirect to customer support? We can’t request that info here and we can’t reproduce on our side.
