fapi/v1/orderAmendment not available in QA

Hi,

Is fapi/v1/orderAmendment endpoint available in QA? When I try to GET i get the following error:
{“code”:-5000,“msg”:“Path /fapi/v1/orderAmendment, Method GET is invalid”}
url is testnet.binancefuture.com
