Error trying to create a new sub account

Hi guys,

I am using Brokerage API to create a Sub Account (endpoint: POST /sapi/v1/broker/subAccount). But I am getting this message error:

com.binance.account.error.AccountErrorCode.QUERY_BROKER_SUB_ACCOUNT_CONFIG_ERROR

To querying for sub accounts is working fine (endpoint: GET /sapi/v1/broker/subAccount).

Would anyone know what it could be?

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I can’t reproduce this error, could you please contact the account manager to check the account status and see if there is any issue to create the subaccount.

And are you able to create new one from UI?

Hi Dino, tks for your response. I contacted the Account Manager and the problem has been solved.

Just to be registered, using the UI I was also unable to create the subaccount.
