Error code -9000 for New Future Account Transfer

Hi,

I’ve recently received the error code -9000 for my request:

https://api.binance.com/sapi/v1/futures/transfer?type=1&asset=USDT&amount=0.84&timestamp=1610374546073

With the following response payload:

{"msg":"Too many requests. Please try again later.","code":-9000}

I believe this is an incorrect error code, as it is not listed on the spot API page, as well as -1003 should be used for too many requests. Also, -9xxx should be used for Filter failures according to the documentation.

I hope you can clarify, or fix this issue.

thank you for the feedback, we will improve the error message/code. It seems that this can happen when there is a spike in the backend.
