Do several sub-acounts share the request ip limits and order limits?

If I have 3 sub accounts, do they share the request limits or have their own request limits?

Request limits are per IP and per account. (https://binance-docs.github.io/apidocs/spot/en/#limits)
Therefore, they don’t share same limits if not under same IP.

The document said " The order rate limit is counted against each account".

Does it mean different subacount have their own order rate limits, no matter whether they are deployed on the same IP or not?
