After making a stream with all intervals of all symbols, can I make 1 connection per 200 streams and receive Kline of all streams?

According to the documentation, having 200 streams on one connection is within the limits: Binance WebSocket Stream Limits.
You should therefore be able to listen to 200 kline streams.
