code -3006 on cross-margin account

I have seen this error twice in past few days … first time I had zero borrowing of any kind.
Second time today, I have borrowed 12 different coins for a total value of 1200 USDT in an account which has 5100 USDT … the coin on which the error was received has itself zero borrowing.

Kindly explain what’s going on.
