Cannot get trade information for some symbols

I am trying to retrieve myTrade information for VGXBTC, but the API just returns an empty list.

GET https://api.binance.com/api/v3/myTrades?symbol=VGXBTC&timestamp…
The response body simply contains an empty list “[ ]”

When I use Koinly to extract Tax information, it is able to find the trades (e.g. order ID 4631066 from Jan 10, 2018 8:46 AM).

Any idea?

Hi. The team is aware of this issue and currently investigating it. Could you also provide some more info about the missing data if you still remember? E.g. when did the order get established, what is the final status of the order, does the system always return an empty list, or it occasionally return it?

I found out that the trade is listed for the symbol BQXBTC, because BQX was the original token of VGX. So the issue can be closed, but as many others, I would like to be able to retrieve my complete trade history without having to specify a symbol. This is a separate topic, but it would have disclosed the reason for this reported issue immediately without having to raise a question here.
