Binance Futures Testnet API Key

Hi All,
I’m trying to create a Testnet Binance Futures API Key - from https://testnet.binancefuture.com/en/futures/BTCUSDT

I’ve created an account - however I don’t see the “API Management” option in my drop down as per instructions on https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/360002502072

Does anyone know how to create a futures API key ?

One other question I had was how do you setup margin accounts on the spot testnet? I can’t seem to find any instructions on that
