APIError(code=-2015): Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action for portfolio margin enable account

Hi,
I am getting APIError(code=-2015): Invalid API-key, IP, or permissions for action when trying to connect to an account with portfolio margin enabled. For all other form of accounts I am able to successfully connect but just not for this. Is it that portfolio margin account require a different way to connect? Would be great if you could help. Thanks
