Receiving Api failed with http code:451: Service unavailable from a restricted location according to ‘b. Eligibility’

I am trying to do some number crunching via Google Sheet and my location is Myanmar.
Have read the Terms page but Myanmar is not listed in the page as a restricted country. So someone guide me please.

Hey,
You’re seeing this error because the Google Sheet data may be stored in the US. Take a look at how to change the storage location to avoid this issue.
