I cannot find any endpoint to get the assets staked into the launchpad (ex: staked ETH in the UNFI launchpool)
Could you please help me?

No such API to stake into launchpad.
Thank you but I just want to get the existing balances already staked into the launchpad.

No endpoints related to launchpad unfortunately. Only saving APIs are available

I guess I cannot get my card balance either.
I thought one of the primary goals of the api was to give access to all the wallet balances.
Hope that it will soon be implemented.
