After the cancellation of my orders, they are expired but I did not get the money transfer back

I have cancelled my orders after upgrade at 25.04.2021. However, the orders I have cancelled did not proceed and the coins are not transfared to my wallet. I think there are other users are also having the same issues. Because you have this system bug for the moment, I do not want to loose money. Please, do cancel my orders on time immediatly and transfer my money back to my wallet…
