The issue occurs consistently, even though it briefly resolves, but then continues to happen. Does Binance team are currently performing maintenance on the futures testnet?

It’s not working again! Since 2025-03-25 05:33 UTC, the same issue has been occurring consistently.
I just want to confirm that this issue will not occur in the production environment.
